Delivery is FREE on:
- subscription boxes
- orders of £60 or more (Nantwich, Crewe and surrounds)
- orders of £120 or more (UK wide) to a single address in mainland Great Britain.

We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Monday.
Customers should receive notification from our couriers by text when their order is en route.
Unfortunately, issues in the supply chain can mean longer than normal delivery times may be experienced.
Age Verification Policy
When our drivers deliver any age-restricted products to the delivery address they may ask for proof of age. As a licence holder we have responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol. One of our responsibilities is to ensure we do not sell age-restricted products online to people who are under the minimum legal age.
On our website you will notice that many products carry a notice that they are only for sale to people of legal age. We use a third-party system to ensure that our customers are of legal age. During the check out process you may be asked questions to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase any age-restricted products. You will not be able to check out without providing that confirmation.

The following postcodes are included in our local delivery service (free delivery over £60): CW1, CW2, CW3, CW5, CW11
All CW postcodes not included in this list will fall under UK mainland delivery charges – free delivery over £120.
Delivery Instructions
When you place your order, you can add additional delivery instructions to your order to help your driver deliver your parcel without any delay. Simply fill in the box titled ‘Add a note’ on the checkout page. Please use this section to instruct your driver on a specific place to leave the package(s) if the recipient is out, such as ‘If out leave with neighbour’.
If you do not provide any instructions, your delivery may be delayed. If there is no-one over the age of 18 available to receive the local delivery, we will contact you to make arrangements.
